Camp/Clinic Edition: Terminology Settings
If your organization runs camps or clinics, this page will show you how you can utilize PlayerEvals to provide professional looking evaluations to your customers while also streamlining your internal business workflow.
PlayerEvals allows you to control the terminology you would like to use based on how you run your organization.
Camp List
Homebase where you can Add New Camps, Import Campers, or Search for an existing camp.
As you can see from the image, you are shown key data for each camp.
Click on a camp to go to the Camp Roster.
Camp Roster
Campers will appear in the list, and instructors can click the athlete’s name to bring up his/her evaluation form. Colored backgrounds for each camper correspond to the status of their evaluation forms:
Green: filled out and sent.
Yellow: filled out but not sent.
White: not filled out or sent.

This example shows an abbreviated evaluation.
They are easy to fill out and keep coaches moving fast.
